How this desk is organised

Banggai Cardinal Initiative is a desk, not a line-up of profiles. What follows is the set of jobs the desk covers for road transport, and who is accountable for each of them.

Fleet and partner vetting. Checks vehicle documents, insurance and the operator behind each car before it is offered.
Route and timing. Plans pickup times against real traffic and ferry or flight schedules, not against an optimistic map estimate.
Guest liaison. Handles changes on the day — delayed flights, added stops, luggage that does not fit — and says when something is not possible.
Fact checking. Verifies distances, durations and published rates before they appear on this site.

Why there are no names on this page

We do not publish names, job titles or qualifications here. A credential on a public page is a claim, and we will only make a claim we can put a certificate or a registration number behind. Where we cannot, we say nothing rather than write something that sounds impressive. If you want to know who you are dealing with, ask us directly. You will get a name and a role for your own booking, which is a far more useful answer than a public roster.

What we publish, and how it is checked

Figures and rules published here are taken from the operator or the responsible authority. When we have not been able to confirm something, the page says it is unconfirmed instead of rounding it into a fact. If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, tell us and it will be corrected on the page rather than quietly deleted.
